How does your preview work?
How many picks do you release per week?
Rock Solid Picks usually averages from 8-12 games a week. This includes both NCAA and NFL games.
How do I receive my purchased picks?
During registration, you will create your own login and password. Once payment is processed, you will receive immediate 24/7 access to our secure members area. If requested, you can also have your picks emailed to you.
What picks do I get with a membership?
Membership with Rock Solid Picks includes all picks and analysis from Jon Loveless. Jon offers the same level of quality in all membership packages offered, and only releases picks and analysis on NCAA and NFL games.
How are your plays rated?
Jon does not rank his individual plays. He strongly recommends betting one unit per posted pick. For more information, please review our strategy section.
How do I pay for membership?
Our online purchasing system is fully automated 24/7. You will have access to our members area immediately after your successful payment. We use two payment processors, PayPal and ClickBank. Both payment processors allow you to use Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex, EuroCard, Bravo, Novus, and more. You can access our purchasing page here: Purchase Picks.
Whats the difference between paypal and clickbank?
Paypal and ClickBank are equally simple and free for the user. They both offer payment via credit card and other means. The main difference is that paypal requires a short registration process. We offer both as a convenience to our customers. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Which payment processor should I use?
Rock Solid Picks recommends paypal to their clients. Paypal is owned by Ebay and has revolutionized online payments. We offer clickbank, a very solid company, to those clients who do not have a paypal account or do not wish to create one.
I can't pay online, can I send you payment by mail?
Yes. Although we prefer you use our online automated system, we will accept payment via mail(usps, ups, fedex, etc). Our address is located here: Contact Us. You will need to include your email address with payment so that we can send you your membership details. Please be aware that we cannot give membership access until payment is received and has cleared our bank.
How does your preview work?
The Weekend Preview is a section of the site Jon uses to communicate with clients and possible future clients. The games posted under the preview are those games Jon currently has an interest in. It is not uncommon for a couple games not to be posted as a final pick on game day. Conversely, it is also frequent that a game or two that did not appear under the preview will be posted as an official pick.
